Based on my experiences growing up in this world, I have learned that life is a constant battle between serving and being served. At the age of 8, a traumatic incident shook me to the core, forever changing the trajectory of my life. However, my Uncle took me under his wing and introduced me to the rare art of Isshinryu, which would become a guiding force in my life.

By the time I was 16, I had attained a third-degree black belt, vowing never to be caught off guard again. As the years passed, I married and had three beautiful children, who have become the driving force behind my pursuit of life. In 2001, I unexpectedly fell ill and slipped into a coma, where I experienced an out-of-body journey that would ultimately transform my life and the lives of others.

During my three-month coma, my soul was tormented, but when I finally emerged, I brought back with me a newfound understanding of the road of existence. This road, which we have all traveled at one time or another, is one that often seems to stop time, as if the universe is observing our every move. Yet, the reality is that we just don't know it.

The choice to venture down this road of existence lies in our own hands. It is a path that can be both exhilarating and daunting, but one that ultimately holds the power to shape our lives in profound ways. My book is a testament to this journey, a reflection on how I got here and the lessons I've learned along the way.

Through this book, I hope to inspire others to embrace the road of existence, to confront their fears, and to find the strength to overcome the challenges that life presents. For the road of existence is not one that is easily traveled, but it is one that holds the potential to unlock the deepest truths about ourselves and the world around us.
